In our apartment, we have a bathroom that is super ugly. It’s old and dated and not like the nicer bathroom that we actually use. We’ve been slowly working on it and have replacing fixtures and fixing it up little by little. I decided that it would be nice to have a striped accent wall. With FrogTape® and some paint, it was super simple! I started off with a plain white wall and added my accent stripes with light blue paint. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Take your FrogTape® and lay out some stripes on your wall. I took a yardstick and drew the lines on before sticking the tape down.

Step 2: Using your accent color, paint in the space between your FrogTape® stripes. You don’t have to worry about the paint bleeding through with FrogTape®’s PaintBlock® Technology.

Step 3: Allow the paint to try and then peel off your FrogTape®. And that’s it. You’re left with a beautiful accent wall that only took 3 steps to complete!

I was super excited to finish this project so quickly and effectively with FrogTape®. FrogTape® ‘s PaintBlock® Technology made painting easy and hassle-free. FrogTape® is the only painter’s tape treated with PaintBlock® Technology. PaintBlock is a super-absorbent polymer which reacts with latex paint and instantly gels to form a micro-barrier that seals the edges of the tape, preventing paint bleed. It’s great to use for creating fun projects like this one or just every day painting.

I wish I was able to take better pictures to show you the true beauty that was once an ugly bathroom, but my bathroom is so small that I literally had to sit on top of the sink just to get these photos! I hope that this project is simple enough that it encourages to try one of your own!
