It’s such a versatile ingredient and I am so excited to share my take on pepperoni for breakfast with these Pepperoni Breakfast Crescent Rolls! They are filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and of course, delicious Hormel Pepperoni!

These pepperoni breakfast crescent rolls are really simple to make and they are perfect for a light breakfast or brunch. They are also great to take with you if you are on the go! Here’s how I make them:

First we will need all of the ingredients. For this recipe, you will need the following:

  • 8-10 slices of Hormel Pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • 1 – can of crescent rolls
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

First, in a small bowl, whisk the eggs until they are foamy. Scramble the eggs in a small non-stick pan. Set aside.

 Separate the crescent rolls into triangles.

 Add the eggs to the top (the widest part) of the crescent roll triangle.

Add the cheese.

 Add the Hormel pepperoni.

Roll the crescent roll up how you normally would, making sure to roll it tightly over the filling. Pull the ends over to the center to make sure the filling is secure.

Repeat with the rest of the rolls. Bake them on a baking sheet at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and have puffed up. Then they are ready to serve!

Serves: 8 rolls
Ingredients
  • 8-10 slices of Hormel Pepperoni, cut into quarters

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until they are foamy.
  3. Scramble eggs in a small non-stick pan and then set aside.
  4. Separate the crescent rolls into triangles.
  5. Fill crescent rolls with eggs, cheese, and Hormel pepperoni. Make sure not to put too much filling or the rolls will not close.
  6. Roll the crescent rolls how you normally would, making sure to roll the dough tightly over the filling.
  7. Stretch the sides of the dough over to the middle of the crescent roll to seal the filling in.
  8. Place rolls on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the crescent rolls are puffy and golden brown.
  10. Serve.

You might need to double or triple the recipe because these yummy rolls will go quickly!
