• Approximately 80- 217 yds of Category 4 Medium Weight Yarn in three colors:
  • Approximately 25-44 yds of Color A; I used Lion Brand Low Tide* in the Driftwood colorway
  • Approximately 30-102 yds of Color B; I used Lion Brand Low Tide* in the Sandbar colorway
  • Approximately 25-71 yds of Color C; I used Lion Brand Low Tide* in the Reef colorway
• Size I 5.5mm Crochet Hook*
• Yarn Needle* for weaving ends

• This pattern is written in US terms.
• Sizing will vary depending on how tightly or loosely you crochet. If you would like to keep the sizing the same, please check your gauge before starting this project.
• This hat is joined after each round. After the diameter is worked, you will need to turn your work after each round in order to get the texture of the stitches on the outside of the hat.
• This hat uses the magic circle or magic ring at the beginning. If you are unfamiliar with the magic circle, you can always make a chain and slip stitch into a circle and work in the center of the chain. You can find a tutorial for the magic circle here.
