- 16 oz Farfalle pasta, cooked & drained
- 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 tbsp Country Crock Original Spread, melted
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a large bowl, toss the pasta and broccoli together.
- In a small bowl, mix the milk, cream, 2 tbsp of the melted Country Crock spread, and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.
- Add the milk mixture to the pasta/broccoli mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper and combine thoroughly.
- Add to a 2.5 quart (or larger) casserole dish.
- In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the rest of the parmesan cheese and the rest of the melted Country Crock spread.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the pasta in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes just until the topping is golden brown.
