#CelebrateMomCAL Premier Home® Cotton Yarn Review

Back in March I announced that I would be working with five other amazing designers to bring you an amazing Mother’s Day at the Beach CAL! Well, at the end of this week I will be releasing my pattern for the Beach Day Accessory Pouch! It is the final pattern of the #CelebrateMomCAL and is super easy and quick to make. It is a great little pouch for storing your phone, sunscreen and other accessories to keep them dry and sand-free when you are at the beach. Before I share my pattern with you on Friday, I am going to talk a little bit about the wonderful yarn I used for my pouch.

I absolutely loved working with Premier Home® Cotton Yarn. I had never worked with it before and was pleasantly surprised. It’s a wonderfully durable cotton yarn blend. I think it would make great dishcloths and scrubbies. There are a variety of bold, beautiful colors and even some multi-colored yarns. Premier Home® Cotton Yarn is a blend of mostly cotton with a bit of polyester. I think the addition of the polyester helps the yarn glide smoothly across your hook. I like it a lot in comparison to a 100% cotton yarn. The stitches of my pouch have a beautiful definition that only a sturdy cotton yarn gives.
