  4. I’ve been reading this blog for a while now and i think it’s very inspiring. As I’m from Germany I’ve made the experience that there are only a few really good blogs about crocheting (among other topics) in German, so I look around a lot n the English speaking communities. Amy, thanks a lot for the work you put into this site!
    Currently I’m testing different types of crochet hooks as they all have their own way of shaping, a different grip and using different hooks really can vary the way you crochet and how your work looks afterwards. Therefore I really would like to test these Clover hooks, too 🙂

  5. I have two new grandsons due after the first of the year. I would enjoy making them each a lovey blanket in bright colored yarns using those wonderful crochet hooks.

  8. Probably the blanket I have to restart for an order because of a yarn issue 🙂 these hooks could definitely make up for that frustration.

  9. So many things spring to mind. I would be in a quandary of what to choose to do first. Probably an amigurumi project, followed by some booties, then maybe a beanie, then a cowl and a shawl and a afghan and a circular vest and ……I could just keep on and on and on.

  11. The first thing I make with my new hooks that I’m (hopefully) going to win will be the Christmas presents that I didn’t get finished. I’m hoping to make all my family new slippers/booties of their choice, with earwarmers/headbands for my 5 granddaughters, and I still haven’t figured out what for my 3 grandsons.

  16. First thing I’ll make with my new hooks, should I win, might just be something for me for a change! I’ve been hard at work for nearly two months working on Christmas gifts – and have a few charity projects to finish up as well.
    After Christmas I’d like to make something for me! I’ve ordered some beautiful Malabrigo Merino/silk yarn and am looking forward to making something with it!

  17. i only bought the H hook as a trial and i absolutely LOVE it – can’t wait to afford the entire set (it is on my amazon wishlist)!

    I am currently working on an afghan and ornaments/garlands for the holidays

  18. I have a couple of these hooks and they are great!! I don’t have near as much hand and finger pain when I crochet with these!

  19. I have so many ideas, but I think the first thing I make will be a sunflower afghan for my future daughter-in-law. I think she needs something of her own in their new house. Maybe once she puts the 4 month old twins to bed, she will be able to snuggle in it and relax!
