Announcing the 2021 Hat of the Month CAL!
Last year, Rhondda from oombawkadesigncrochet.com and I decided to add hats to our Scarf of the Month CAL and it ended up being a huge hit! We decided that we would continue the Hat CAL this year but keep it separate from the Scarf CAL to make everything less confusing. We are so excited to share some new hat patterns with you this year and we are even more excited to be joined by 12 amazing guest designers who will each be creating a fabulous hat pattern for you to crochet and enjoy! We are also hosting the Scarf of the Month CAL this year. You can find out more about the Scarf of the Month CAL here.

2020 Scarf and Hat of the Month Club
If you are new to The Hat of the Month CAL, here is how works:
Each month, on the fourth Sunday of the month, Rhondda and I will each share one free crochet hat or headband pattern. Our guest designer for the month will also be contributing a new free crochet hat pattern. By the end of the year, you will have 36 free crochet hat patterns to choose from to create for yourself and your loved ones or to share as gifts! Something new that we will be doing this year is sharing a post with the yarn and hook needed for each pattern, prior to the pattern releases, so that you can be prepared to crochet them. We will also continue to offer a free PDF copy of each pattern for 24 hours after the pattern release.

If you would like to share your progress, please feel free to add your Ravelry Project Pages for each of the scarves you make! Each pattern post will include a specific pattern link to Ravelry so you can add your own project. Rhondda has put together a great tutorial on how to add projects to Ravelry, which you can find here. We would also love to see your projects on Instagram!
