It’s time to learn a new crochet stitch! This week I am showing you the Fancy Shells Stitch! It is not only a beautiful stitch but it’s also really a nice, unique take on the regular shell stitch. For this tutorial, I made a 6″ x 6″ square but you can easily turn it into an 8″ x 8″ square by adding a double crochet or single crochet border. Happy Crocheting!

    1. I’m not sure what you mean? The instructions are written on the top of each photo. If you want to make a larger afghan or shawl, you can just chain a larger multiple, which is listed at the top of the tutorial 🙂

  1. Thank you so much for this new stitch, I have been wanting to do something special for my daughter and this is perfect!!
