I’m Sue from Brisbane, Australia – a 50’s something (although I think I’m still 30) and instead of Struggling towards the BIG 60, I’m going to Sizzle!

I write to encourage other midlifers to realize that life doesn’t end when you retire and try to provide information and motivation about living a fit, active and happy life.

I’d like to think my page will encourage not only people of my age demographic but all ages to be best you can be. I share my ‘experiences’ (‘the use of the word ‘journey’ is so yesterday LOL) and articles of interest in the areas of health and well-being.“
