Vegetarian Recipes by Cooking It Veggie Style
My wonderful friend Sonali has just started her very own recipe blog with amazing vegetarian recipes.
Here is a peek at one of her recipes:
Vegetable Fried Rice
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6-8 minutes
What you will need:
- 1.5 cups of rice (white or brown)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt, hot sauce and chili flakes to taste
