My Favorite Slouchy – Free Crochet Pattern in Sizes Toddler to Adult

My Favorite Slouchy - Free Crochet Pattern Sizes Toddler to Adult Large | www.thestitchinmommy.com

Last month I shared the pattern for My Favorite Beanie, a hat that I made for myself. I was finally able to take photos and write up the pattern for Kaylee’s hat which I named My Favorite Slouchy! This hat is a slouchier version of my beanie and it is absolutely stunning. Kaylee has received a lot of compliments and I couldn’t be more happy to say that I made it for my little girl. I hope you enjoy the pattern! Happy Crocheting!

Finish:

  • Using Color A‘s yarn tail and yarn needle, sew the ribbing together using the whip stitch method or mattress seam method.
  • Using long tail and yarn needle, close up the hole in the center of the hat by weaving the yarn around the last round and pulling the yarn taught.
  • Place the pom pom in the center and sew in place using pom pom strings. (Note: If your pom pom strings are not long enough, you can tie them into a knot on the inside of the hat)
  • Weave in all ends.
