Have a Happy Holiday with Merci Chocolates & a Giveaway!

We all know how hectic the holidays can be, especially when you are hosting a family get together. For us, we luckily were not hosting any holiday parties this year but I know how difficult it can be sometimes to cater to everyone, especially when they can be picky at times. And then, after you’ve put all of this hard work into taking care of everyone else, who takes care of you…the host??? Well we’ve got you covered. What better way to take care of your host than to bring them a box of merci European Chocolates?

I had an opportunity to try some of merci’s chocolates and I have to say they were DELICIOUS! If I were hosting a party and someone brought these to me as a gift, I would give them a big hug and kiss. That’s how good these chocolates are. These little chocolates come in so many great flavors including milk chocolate, marzipan, hazelnut, coffee and cream, my personal favorite dark chocolate, and so much more! Best of all, they are individually wrapped and labeled so that you can give them away or keep them for yourself =)

These little chocolates got me thinking about what other gifts would be great as a hostess gift. Here are some ideas:

Homemade treats – some homemade cookies, cakes, or bars are great as a hostess gift! Wrap them up in some cellophane with a cute little ribbon and you have a wonderful and inexpensive way to say thank you to your host
Wine or Cider – A nice bottle of wine (or cider if your host/hostess doesn’t drink) is a great gift that can be kept for later or shared at the party

I am so excited to to celebrate New Years Eve with my family and give some of these wonderful merci Chocolates as a hostess gift.
