Crochet With Us Fall Poncho Pattern - Child Size 10 | www.thestitchinmommy.com

It’s time for the next poncho size! Today I’m providing full written instructions (with stitch counts) for Child Size 10. For other available sizes, visit please visit my intro post. For all of the Worsted Weight sizes, please visit Oombawka Design.


Notes:

  • For full details of the Official Fall Poncho CAL please visit the Introductory Post. It provides you with the measurements and starting stitch counts for all sizes, as well as, the amount of yarn you will need to complete your poncho.
  • You will need to crochet 2 rectangles of the same size before moving on to Part 9.

Option 2: DK Weight (Knit Picks Gloss DK) – 5.0 mm Crochet Hook (H).

US Terminology used

BPdc – back post double crochet
beg – beginning
ch – chain
CL – cluster
dc – double crochet
FPdc – front post double crochet
hdc – half double crochet
RS – right side
sc – single crochet
sc2tog – single crochet two stitches together
sc3tog – single crochet three stitches together
sc3tog CL – single crochet three stitches together cluster stitch (see special stitches Part 5)
sc picot st – single picot stitch (see special stitches Part 1)
sk – skip
sl st – slip stitch
st/sts – stitch/stitches
t-ch – turning chain
X-dc – crossed double crochet stitch
* – Repeat the instructions between the asterisks the number of times indicated. This repeat will contain multiple instructions.
() – Repeat the instructions between the parentheses the number of times indicated.

It is possible to reach this length before you finish repeating all of the parts or even in the middle of a part, which is perfectly fine.

Complete 2 rectangles of the same size.

Once you have made 2 rectangles of the same size proceed to Part 9.
