Vaseline 5 Day Challenge – 5 Days to Smoother Skin
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Vaseline. All opinions are 100% mine.
Winters in New York can be pretty brutal. Every winter, my skin suffers tremendously. My hands become especially dry and cracked. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to find a lotion or moisturizer that offers relief. That is why I was so excited to take the Vaseline 5 day challenge. In the mail, I received this wonderful kit from Vaseline which included a Vaseline Healing Kit, Test strips to take the 5-day Challenge, GODIVA brand hot cocoa, and an adorable personalized mug.
After I opened the package and admired all of the goodies, I started the 5 Day Challenge. For the challenge, I used Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Fragrance Free Lotion, which is clinically proven to heal dry skin in 5 days and keep dry skin healed for 3 weeks. Vaseline Intensive Care Lotions contain healing micro-droplets of Vaseline Jelly to deeply moisturize to heal dry skin. Using the test strips, I tested my skin before the challenge and it’s safe to say that the results were not great. I applied the lotion every day for 5 days after my shower and periodically throughout the day. By the third day, my skin was noticeably smoother and not as cracked as it was before. By day 5, my hands and legs had no signs of dryness. The best part was, Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Fragrance Free Lotion didn’t leave my hands feeling greasy like some other lotions do. I used the other test strip and the results were phenomenal. It was better than I hoped for.
After taking my 5 Day Challenge, I sat back and enjoyed with a delicious cup of Godiva Hot Cocoa.
If you want to try Vaseline Intensive Care, it is available at retailers nationwide for approximately $2.99-$8.49’, or about $4.99 for the 10 oz bottle.
